Listserv Conversion Takes Place on January 2

We are happy to announce that we are converting to our New Listserv Platform on TUESDAY, January 2nd! All listserv subscribers will receive a Welcome Message from the new system as well as a Farewell Message from the old system. Both messages will contain the new email addresses for the listservs to which you subscribe, as well as additional instructions and information.

Please add that new address to your files, and delete the old SimpleLists address. Also, make sure you delete the incorrect address ([email protected]) that was sent to you prior to our technical difficulties as we will NOT be using that domain. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience as a result of these issues.

Our new listserv platform will work exactly the same way as the current system, so you won’t miss a single message! Simply send an email to the group, and everyone on the list will see the message. To reply, hit “Reply” as usual and your message will reach the entire group.

In addition, all messages sent through the new system will be archived and can be accessed from your Member Landing Page. All you need to do is log-in to your account on the PAISBOA website (www.paisboa.org), click “My Profile” on the menu tab, then use the “Features” pull-down to get to your E-Lists. Click on the list you’re interested in, and all messages will be listed there! You will also be able to subscribe to any of the lists for which you are eligible by checking the appropriate Subscription button.

The last business day we'll be using the old system will be Friday, December 29. Please note that after Tuesday, January 2 we will no longer support the old SimpleLists system, and there is no guarantee that your messages will be delivered. So, it’s important to change your address book to the new addresses once you receive them.

If you have any questions, or if you do not receive the Welcome and Farewell Messages from the listservs to which you believe you are subscribed, please contact Ron Hill at [email protected]
