Organizational Health Day Set For Nov. 1

Organizationally healthy schools consistently outperform their competitors. School boards and boards that prioritize organizational health reach their strategic goals at a higher rate and they’re able to demonstrate short-term performance gains in just 6 to 12 months. This is true for schools across every genre of education and context.

To guide you on your journey to achieve greater organizational health, PAISBOA has partnered with Scott Barron (above) and School Growth to create Organizational Health Day, a professional development experience designed to equip your leadership team with the tools and expertise to address this critical need. Please join us on Thursday, November 1 at 10:30 a.m. as Scott presents the Three "Core Components" of your school's Growth Engine and gives us insights into what a High Performing Leadership Team looks like.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NEW DATE! If you've already registered, you need to do nothing. Your registration is still valid.

The topics for PAISBOA Organizational Health Day include:

  1. The Case for Health
  2. Assessing Organizational Health
  3. Strategic Planning that Advances Organizational Health
  4. Techniques for Building a Healthy Culture
  5. Effectively Dealing with People and Situations that Limit Health

You’re invited to bring multiple people from your school as we guide you through crucial conversations that will lay the groundwork for a greater success and joy.

We’ll start at 10:30 a.m. and conclude by 2:00 p.m., with lunch provided.
