About Adam: Since 2008, Adam has been the Chief Financial Officer for The Shipley School, a PK-12 independent day school with an enrollment of over 800 students. Adam has been working in the non-profit sector his entire career. Formerly, he was the CFO for Foundations, Inc. a non-profit committed to improving educational experiences for children. For eight years, he was also the Director of Finance for Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware which is an independent, college-prep day school for high school aged students. Prior to this, Adam was the Financial Planning Manager for the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia for six years, where he managed the capital projects budget as well as financial forecasting models. Adam holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Management from Eastern University and a B.A. in Business Management from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
