To apply for membership, please fill out our Application form.

PAISBOA is an association comprised of independent educational institutions, all of whom meet the following qualifications for membership:

• Incorporated as a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is education
• Approved as a tax exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
• Funded by privately paid tuition as the primary source of revenue
• Governed by an independent Board of Directors
• Operated as a separate entity, as opposed to a subsidiary
